Shipping Timing
This is a one person shop! I ship out plants every 2-3 days depending on how many orders I'm getting. Plants are shipped using USPS Priority Mail and usually arrive quickly. You will get a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Shipping to US only.

Plant Packing
I pack everything very carefully in soft tissue paper so that it gets to you safely. Succulents are quite hardy and they ship very well.

Plants are shipped either potted or bare root, this is specified in each listing. 

Bare Root Plants
Most of my plants are shipped bare root. I carefully remove as much of the soil as possible before shipping. This saves a lot on shipping costs, and prevents the soil from making a huge mess in the box. Since I use a very well draining mineral soil mix, it is very loose and hard to keep contained in a pot during shipping. 

Gifts
If your order is a gift, enter a note for your recipient at checkout. The order will include an invoice with plant photos and names but no prices. 

Returns and Exchanges
Due to the cost and risk of re-shipping plants, I do not accept returns or exchanges. 

Refunds
If your plant arrives damaged, send a photo and description of the damage within 48 hours to help@vividroot.net. I will provide a full or partial refund if your plant was damaged in transit. 

Cancellations
If you change your mind after you order, you can cancel as long as it hasn't shipped yet. To cancel, send an email to help@vividroot.net
