Here are the answers to some questions that I commonly get. 

My plant arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please send a photo and a description of the damage within 48 hours of delivery to help@vividroot.net. I will issue a full or partial refund if the damage happened during shipping. 

When will my plants ship?
Your order will ship within 1-3 days of your order. This is a one person shop so I need to balance shipping with other tasks. More info on 

What if the weather is cold?
If your temperatures are expected to get below freezing in the next week after your order, I recommend purchasing a Winter Temp Check. With this I will check the forecast in your area and include a heat pack with your plants if needed. If your forecast is too cold, I will hold your order until it warms up a bit.
