Here are the answers to some questions that we commonly get.
My plant arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please send a photo and a description of the damage within 48 hours to email@example.com or using the Contact page. We will issue a refund if the damage happened during shipping.
When will my plants ship?
We ship plants on Mondays and Tuesdays to make sure your new plants spend the least amount of time in the box. Read more on our shipping page.
Why is everything out of stock?
While browsing the shop, you will find many plants that are out of stock. While we have had a vast variety of plants in stock over time, we only have a smaller number of them available at any one time. If there is an out of stock plant that you are hoping to get, we recommend that you sign up for the Back In Stock notification. That way you will get notified as soon as it comes back, and we can try to get the plants people want the most.
Should I order a heat pack?
If you expect temperatures to drop below freezing at your location within the next week, we recommend a heat pack.
