We DO NOT accept returns. We DO stand behind our plants and want all our customers to be happy! 

If your plants arrive damaged or dead, or not what you expected, send a pic and your order # to help@vividroot.net within 48 hours of delivery. Or, just reply to your order confirmation email. Depending on the situation we may offer a refund, partial refund, or replacement. We will work with you to find a solution that feels fair. 

Generally, succulents ship very well and we have very few issues with damage during shipping. However, it does happen occasionally so please let us know and we will do our best to make it right! We hand pick the healthiest plants to ship, and pack each one carefully in tissue paper. We have spent years refining our packing process and materials to get things just right and ensure safe delivery.
