Sempervivum calcareum
Bright green leaves with dark maroon tips. A few pups too!
Sempervivums are one of the few succulents that can handle a frosty winter outside. They tend to develop their best color in the winter and they can get a bit drab in the summer. They are very hardy and easy, and they prefer full sun. If they get too much shade they just get green and boring.
Your plant will be similar to the one in the photos.
