Ledebouria socialis - Silver Squill
Silver Squill is commonly sold as a houseplant but would make excellent ground cover in warm season regions. It has a unique growth pattern with water-retaining bulbs that grow above ground. Both the bulbs and the undersides of its spotted leaves turn purple. It stays small, maxing out around 6 -10 inches tall. This is an "adopted succulent" - not technically a succulent but adored by succulent growers and often grown side by side with them.
