These are fun!! A cristata is a mutated form that grows into wild shapes. These have a flat paddle shaped stem, and are densely covered in beautiful leaves dusted in pink. We don't know the ID of this Echeveria.

Part sun, protect from hot afternoon sun
Let dry between watering, water deeply
Not as picky about soil, store bought succulent mix is good, especially if you add some sand or perlite/pumice to make it drain a little better
Ships in a plastic pot with soil.
